CAM Hot Topics — Paperless Licensing, effective 06/07/2018

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation announced implementation of paperless licensing for community association managers and firms, effective June 7, 2018.

The Department eliminated mailing of physical licenses upon issuance. Licensees may now log into a secure online account to print licenses immediately, allowing new licensees to enter the workforce 7 to 10 business days earlier than under the prior mail system. Licensees may also renew online, print licenses at their convenience, and print duplicate licenses without paying a fee.

Community association managers and community association management firms licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Florida.
