CAM Archives — Renewal Update

Emergency Order 2024-11 extended the CAM license renewal deadline from September 30, 2024, to December 2, 2024, in response to Hurricane Milton.

The Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers extended the renewal deadline by approximately two months. Licensees will not be placed in delinquent status for non-renewal prior to December 2, 2024, and delinquency fees will not be assessed until that date. To renew by the new deadline, licensees must complete continuing education requirements and pay the renewal fee.

Renewal deadline extended to December 2, 2024 (midnight EST).
