The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) provides educational resources and courses for condominium and homeowners association board members.

The DBPR offers 10 courses free of charge, including a four-hour Board Member Certification Course required by Florida Statute. Board members may enroll through the Division's calendar or request a presentation of a course of their choice.
