CTMH Services — Attending Meetings

The Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes published guidance on its policy for attending condominium association meetings upon request.

The Division may attend condominium meetings open to members at the request of a unit owner or association for observational purposes only. Division staff will not intervene or answer questions during meetings, but may address general questions after adjournment. If the Division observes potential violations of Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, a case may be opened.
