CAM Archives — Renewal Update

Emergency Order 2024-08 extended the CAM license renewal deadline from September 30, 2024, to October 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., in response to Hurricane Helene.

The renewal deadline for managers licensed by the Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers has been extended by one month. Licensees will not be placed in delinquent status for non-renewal, and delinquency fees will not be assessed until after the new deadline. Licensees must still complete continuing education requirements and pay the renewal fee before the October 31, 2024, deadline.
