Rule 61B-6.001 concerning mortgages and other encumbrances was repealed.

The rule addressing mortgages and other encumbrances on condominium property was removed from the Florida Administrative Code. No substantive requirements, prohibitions, or modifications are established by this repeal.

Condominium associations previously subject to Rule 61B-6.001.

Repealed effective October 28, 2008.
