61B-17.011 — Delivery of Documents via Alternative Media

Administrative rule 61B-17.011 establishes procedures for delivery of documents via alternative media to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

The rule permits filing of documents with the department through electronic or other alternative media in lieu of paper delivery, subject to department specifications and requirements. The rule sets forth the technical and procedural standards governing such alternative delivery methods.

Persons filing documents with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, including community association entities.

Effective December 10, 2013.
