61B-18.002 — Plot Plans and Floor Plans

Administrative rule 61B-18.002 establishes requirements for plot plans and floor plans in community association documents.

The rule specifies the content, format, and submission standards for plot plans and floor plans that must be included in or accompany community association governing documents. The rule defines what information these plans must contain and how they must be presented to meet regulatory requirements.
