61B-18.008 — Disclosure of Developer's Rental Program

Florida administrative rule 61B-18.008 established a disclosure requirement for developers' rental programs in community associations.

The rule requires developers to disclose the existence and terms of any rental program to prospective purchasers and members. Disclosure must occur before purchase or membership in the association. The rule sets the content and timing of developer rental program disclosures.
