61B-19.001 — Provider Filing and Curriculum for Educational and Training Programs

Administrative rule establishing provider filing and curriculum requirements for educational and training programs under Chapter 61B-19.

The rule sets forth procedures for providers of educational and training programs to file with the regulating authority and specifies curriculum standards that approved programs must meet. The rule does not create new substantive obligations for associations but rather establishes the framework by which third-party education providers must operate.
