61B-20.005 — Educational Resolution

Rule 61B-20.005 establishes guidelines for educational resolutions required of condominium developers.

The rule sets forth the content and procedures that condominium developers must follow when preparing an educational resolution. The rule addresses developer obligations related to education of unit owners at the transition from developer control to association control.
