61B-20.006 — Enforcement Resolution, Costs and Civil Penalties

Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B-20.006 establishes procedures and standards for enforcement resolution, cost allocation, and civil penalties in condominium developer disputes.

The rule prescribes how developer obligations are enforced, what costs may be recovered in enforcement actions, and the civil penalties that may be imposed for violations.
