61B-23.0026 — Right to Recall and Replace a Board Member; Developers; Other Unit Owners; Class Voting
Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B-23.0026 establishes procedures for the recall and replacement of board members in condominiums, including developer voting rights and class voting.
The rule sets forth the mechanism by which unit owners may recall and replace a board member during their term of office. The rule addresses the voting rights of developers and other unit owners in recall elections, and establishes class voting procedures applicable to such elections.
