61B-23.0027 — Recall of One or More Members of a Board of Administration at a Unit Owner Meeting; Filling Vacancies

Administrative rule 61B-23.0027 establishes procedures for the recall of board members at unit owner meetings and the filling of resulting vacancies.

The rule prescribes the process by which unit owners may recall one or more members of the board of administration at a properly noticed unit owner meeting. The rule also addresses the mechanism for filling board vacancies that result from a recall election.

Condominium associations governed by Chapter 718, Florida Statutes.
