61B-23.0028 — Recall by Written Agreement of the Voting Interests; Filling Vacancies

Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B-23.0028 establishes procedures for recall of board members by written agreement of voting interests and for filling board vacancies in timeshare associations.

The rule permits timeshare association boards to be recalled through written agreement of a specified percentage of voting interests without formal election procedures. The rule addresses the process and timeline for filling vacancies created by recall or other departures of board members.
