61B-23.0029 — Electronic Transmission of Notices
Administrative rule establishing procedures for electronic transmission of notices by associations.
Rule 61B-23.0029 sets forth requirements and procedures governing when and how associations may send notices to members, owners, and other parties by electronic means rather than by paper mail. The rule specifies conditions under which electronic notice is permitted, delivery methods, and documentation requirements for associations choosing to use electronic transmission.
