61B-24.001 — Definitions; Creation of Condominium by Conversion

Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B-24.001 established definitions and procedural framework for creation of condominiums by conversion.

The rule defines terms and sets forth the process by which existing buildings may be converted into condominium form of ownership. The rule prescribes requirements for conversion that must comply with Chapter 718, Florida Statutes.
