61B-24.002 — Notices of Intended Conversion

Administrative rule 61B-24.002 establishes requirements for notices of intended conversion in the creation of condominiums by conversion.

The rule prescribes the content, form, and delivery procedures for notices that must be provided when real property is being converted to condominium form. The rule specifies what information must be included in conversion notices and to whom such notices must be delivered.
