61B-25.002 — Volunteer and Paid Mediator Lists

Administrative rule established listing requirements and procedures for volunteer and paid mediators under Chapter 61B-25.

The rule creates a regulatory framework for maintaining and managing lists of volunteer and paid mediators. The rule prescribes standards for mediator qualifications, listing procedures, and administrative processes governing mediator availability and conduct under the Florida dispute resolution system.

Mediators (volunteer and paid) registered under Florida's mediation system and entities that maintain or reference mediator lists.

Effective February 25, 2007.
