61B-3.001 — Fees, Cost of Inspections and Investigations (Repealed)

Rule 61B-3.001 regarding fees and costs of inspections and investigations was repealed.

The rule establishing fee schedules and cost allocation for inspections and investigations by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation was removed from the administrative code. The repeal eliminated the regulatory framework previously governing how such fees were assessed and collected.

Entities subject to DBPR inspection and investigation authority under Chapter 61B (Condominium and Cooperative Management).

Effective October 28, 2008.
