61B-30.001 — Fees

Administrative rule 61B-30.001 establishes the fee schedule for the Department of Business and Professional Regulation's Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes.

The rule sets forth filing fees, registration fees, and other charges imposed by the Division for services including documents, filings, and administrative proceedings. The specific fee amounts are established in the rule effective as of the date shown.

Condominium associations, timeshare associations, mobile home associations, cooperative associations, and any person or entity filing documents with or seeking services from the Division.

Effective March 10, 2016.
