61B-30.002 — Filing and Examination of a Prospectus

Administrative rule established requirements for filing and examination of prospectuses under Chapter 61B-30.

The rule sets forth procedures for submission, review, and approval of prospectuses in the context of timeshare offerings and related filings. The rule defines the examination process and filing requirements that must be followed when prospectuses are submitted to the regulatory authority.
