61B-31.001 — Prospectus and Rental Agreement

Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B-31.001 established requirements for prospectuses and rental agreements in mobile home communities.

The rule sets forth standards for the content, form, and disclosure requirements that mobile home community operators must include in prospectuses and rental agreements provided to tenants or purchasers. The rule specifies what information must be disclosed and in what manner to ensure transparency in mobile home community transactions.

Mobile home community operators and mobile home parks subject to Florida's mobile home community regulation.
