61B-32.002 — Notice of Lot Rental Increase; Reduction in Services or Utilities; or Change in Rules and Regulations

Rule 61B-32.002 establishes notice requirements for mobile home lot operators regarding lot rental increases, service or utility reductions, and rule changes.

The rule requires lot operators to provide advance notice to tenants before implementing lot rental increases, reducing services or utilities, or changing rules and regulations. The rule is part of the Mobile Home Mediation Rules under Chapter 61B-32, Florida Administrative Code.
