Administrative rule establishing the process for appointing a mediator and determining mediation fees in mobile home disputes.

The rule sets forth procedures for appointing mediators and establishes a framework for charging and collecting mediation fees. The rule applies to disputes subject to Florida's mobile home mediation process under Chapter 61B-32.
