61B-33.002 — Recall of One or More Directors of a Board of Administration at a Member Meeting; Board Certification; Filling Vacancies

Rule 61B-33.002 was adopted establishing procedures for recall of one or more directors of a board of administration at a member meeting, board certification, and filling vacancies in mobile home homeowners' associations.

The rule sets forth the process by which members of a mobile home homeowners' association may recall one or more directors at a member meeting. The rule addresses board certification requirements and the procedures for filling board vacancies that result from recall or other circumstances.
