61B-37.004 — Prize and Gift Promotional Offers

Rule 61B-37.004 establishes regulations for prize and gift promotional offers in connection with time-share plans.

The rule sets standards governing how time-share developers and operators may conduct promotional contests and gift offers to prospective purchasers. The rule prohibits deceptive or misleading promotional practices and requires clear disclosure of material terms, conditions, and odds related to any prize or gift offer.

Time-share plan developers, operators, and salespersons offering prizes or gifts in connection with time-share sales.
