61B-39.008 — Filing and Delivery of Purchaser Public Offering Statements Through Alternative Media

Rule 61B-39.008 establishes procedures for filing and delivering purchaser public offering statements using alternative media instead of paper.

The rule permits developers to file and deliver public offering statements to purchasers through electronic or other alternative media formats. The rule specifies the methods by which purchaser public offering statements may be transmitted, received, and maintained when alternative media are used in place of traditional document delivery.

Developers and sellers of timeshare interests and properties subject to Florida public offering statement requirements.

Effective December 18, 2001.
