Rule 61B-40.004 establishes budget requirements for timeshare programs.

The rule sets forth standards for timeshare accounting, financial record-keeping, budget preparation, reserve accounts, and financial reporting. The rule defines the scope of budgeting obligations and the structure of financial documentation timeshare programs must maintain.
