Administrative rule 61B-41.002 establishes the purpose and general provisions governing timeshare penalties under Florida administrative code.

The rule creates a framework for timeshare penalty provisions. The rule sets out the general structure and authority for imposing penalties on timeshare entities under Chapter 61B-41.
