Rule 61B-45.001 establishes the scope, organization, forms, purpose, and title of the Mandatory Non-Binding Arbitration Rules of Procedure.

The rule defines the framework and procedural structure for mandatory non-binding arbitration in Florida. The rule applies to disputes subject to the mandatory non-binding arbitration process under Florida law.
