61B-45.007 — Communication with Arbitrator

Rule 61B-45.007 establishes procedures governing communication with arbitrators in mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings.

The rule sets forth the standards and requirements for how parties and their representatives may communicate with the arbitrator assigned to a dispute. The rule is part of the mandatory non-binding arbitration framework applicable to certain community association disputes under Florida administrative procedure.

Parties, their representatives, and arbitrators involved in mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings governed by Chapter 61B-45.

Effective July 4, 2004.
