61B-45.009 — Computation of Time; Service by Mail

Rule 61B-45.009 establishes procedures for computing time periods and effecting service by mail in mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings.

The rule sets forth how time intervals are calculated in arbitration cases and specifies the method and effect of service by mail. Service by mail is effective upon mailing unless the rule or an order provides otherwise.
