Florida's Mandatory Non-Binding Arbitration Rules of Procedure establish procedural requirements for parties, counsel appearances, and substitution or withdrawal of attorneys in arbitration proceedings.

Rule 61B-45.015 sets forth the procedural framework governing how parties may appear in arbitration, how counsel may be substituted or withdrawn, and related administrative requirements. The rule applies to mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings under the Florida Arbitration Code.
