61B-45.018 — Processing of Arbitration Petitions; Notification to Parties

Rule 61B-45.018 establishes procedures for processing arbitration petitions and notifying parties in mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings.

The rule sets forth requirements for how arbitration petitions must be processed and the manner and timing of notification to parties involved in the arbitration. The rule specifies procedural steps that must be followed when an arbitration petition is filed and received by the arbitration program administrator.

Parties to disputes subject to mandatory non-binding arbitration under Florida law, including community association disputes where arbitration is required or elected.
