61B-45.019 — Answer and Defenses

Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B-45.019 establishes procedural requirements for answers and defenses in mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings.

The rule prescribes how parties must respond to claims and assert defenses within the mandatory non-binding arbitration process. The rule governs the form, content, and timing of answers and the presentation of affirmative defenses in arbitration proceedings.
