61B-45.020 — Defaults and Final Orders on Default

Administrative rule 61B-45.020 establishes procedures for defaults and final orders on default in mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings.

The rule defines the process by which a party may be found in default in arbitration and the conditions under which a final order on default may be entered. The rule specifies procedural requirements for default determination within the mandatory non-binding arbitration framework applicable to certain Florida community association disputes.
