Florida administrative rule 61B-45.024 establishes discovery procedures for mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings.

The rule governs the scope, timing, and conduct of discovery in arbitration cases under Chapter 61B-45. The rule defines what information parties may obtain from one another and the methods by which discovery may be conducted during the arbitration process.
