61B-45.033 — Notice of Final Hearing; Scheduling; Venue; Continuances

Rule 61B-45.033 establishes procedures for notice of final hearings, scheduling, venue, and continuances in mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings.

The rule specifies requirements for how notice of final hearings must be given, the standards for scheduling hearings, rules governing venue selection, and the conditions under which continuances may be granted in arbitration proceedings governed by Chapter 61B-45.
