61B-45.035 — Withdrawal or Voluntary Dismissal of Petition; Settlement

Rule 61B-45.035 establishes procedures for withdrawal, voluntary dismissal, and settlement of petitions in mandatory non-binding arbitration.

The rule sets forth the procedural requirements and mechanisms by which a party may withdraw or voluntarily dismiss a petition filed in mandatory non-binding arbitration, and establishes the treatment of settlement agreements within the arbitration process.
