61B-45.039 — Conduct of Formal Hearing; Evidence

Rule 61B-45.039 establishes procedural requirements for the conduct of formal hearings and the admission of evidence in mandatory non-binding arbitration proceedings.

The rule sets forth the standards governing how formal hearings must be conducted and what evidence may be presented during mandatory non-binding arbitration. The rule specifies procedural rules for evidence presentation in arbitration hearings under Chapter 61B-45.
