61B-45.043 — Final Orders; Appeals; Stays

Rule 61B-45.043 established the procedure for final orders, appeals, and stays within the mandatory non-binding arbitration process for community associations.

The rule sets forth the requirements and process governing when arbitration orders become final, how parties may appeal those orders, and the conditions under which a stay of an order may be granted. The rule applies to the mandatory non-binding arbitration procedures established under Chapter 61B-45, Florida Administrative Code.

Condominium associations, homeowners associations, and other community associations subject to mandatory non-binding arbitration under Florida law.

Effective July 4, 2004.
