61B-50.106 — Computation of Time

Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B-50.106 establishes the method for computing time periods in recall arbitration proceedings.

The rule sets forth how days, weeks, months, and years are calculated in recall arbitration matters governed by Chapter 61B-50. The rule applies to all time computations within the recall arbitration procedural framework unless a specific statute or rule provides otherwise.
