61B-50.107 — Parties

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation adopted Rule 61B-50.107 defining the parties to recall arbitration proceedings.

Rule 61B-50.107 establishes which entities and individuals may participate as parties in recall arbitration under Chapter 61B-50. The rule specifies the procedural framework for identifying and recognizing parties in arbitration proceedings governed by the Rules of Procedure for Recall Arbitration.

Associations subject to recall arbitration procedures under Florida administrative rules.
