61B-50.115 — Filing; Service of Papers; Signing
Administrative rule 61B-50.115 establishes procedural requirements for filing, service of papers, and signing in recall arbitration proceedings.
The rule sets forth the procedural mechanisms by which parties file documents, serve papers on opposing parties, and execute filings in recall arbitration cases. The rule governs the mechanics of case administration under the recall arbitration framework but does not create new substantive obligations for associations or board members beyond compliance with these procedural filing and service requirements.
