61B-50.119 — Summary Disposition; Simplified Arbitration Procedure; No Disputed Issues of Material Fact

Rule 61B-50.119 establishes procedures for summary disposition and simplified arbitration in recall arbitration cases where no disputed issues of material fact exist.

The rule allows parties to seek summary disposition without a full arbitration hearing when material facts are not in dispute. The rule provides a simplified arbitration procedure that streamlines the process when the record contains no contested factual issues that would require evidentiary hearing or witness testimony.

Parties to recall arbitration proceedings governed by Chapter 61B-50 of the Florida Rules of Procedure.
