61B-50.126 — Conduct of Proceeding by Arbitrator

Rule 61B-50.126 establishes the procedural requirements governing how an arbitrator must conduct a recall arbitration proceeding.

The rule sets forth the standards and procedures an arbitrator must follow when presiding over a recall arbitration case. The rule requires the arbitrator to conduct the proceeding in accordance with the Rules of Procedure Governing Recall Arbitration contained in Chapter 61B-50.
