Rule 61B-50.127 establishes procedures for subpoenas and witness fees in recall arbitration proceedings.

The rule governs the issuance of subpoenas and the payment of witness fees in arbitration proceedings under Chapter 61B-50. The rule sets forth the procedural requirements and fee schedules applicable to witnesses and subpoena enforcement in recall arbitration cases.

Condominium associations, homeowners associations, and other community associations subject to recall arbitration under Florida Administrative Code Chapter 61B-50.
