61B-50.130 — Stenographic Record and Transcript

Rule 61B-50.130 establishes procedural requirements for stenographic records and transcripts in recall arbitration proceedings.

The rule prescribes how stenographic records must be created, preserved, and made available as transcripts in recall arbitration cases governed by Chapter 61B-50. The rule specifies procedural standards for the official record of recall arbitration hearings.
