61B-50.131 — Conduct of Formal Hearing; Evidence

Rule 61B-50.131 establishes procedures for the conduct of formal hearings and the admission of evidence in recall arbitration proceedings.

The rule sets forth the procedural requirements governing how formal hearings in recall arbitration must be conducted and what evidence may be presented. The rule specifies standards for the presentation and admissibility of evidence during these proceedings.
